Notice:

1. Paper at least 4 pages, from the beginning of the 7 pages need to pay extra fee.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one hard copy of the journal. If you need extra hard copy book. Please send an e-mail with the title "subscribe the books" to wceea@foxmail.com (100 RMB/Book).
